At Stars On Ice United States, we want you to be fully satisfied with your official skating gear and memorabilia. If you are not happy with your purchase, you may return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account or visit our online returns portal to select the items you wish to return and provide a reason for the request.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the product is in its original, unworn condition.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return shipment.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number handy until your refund or exchange is processed.
